The Pains of Arthritis

Arthritis is a debilitating, painful disease and for anyone that suffers from this I have sincere empathy. While it is a horrid disease affecting over 60 million Americans, it is not impossible to cure. I suffered from Arthritis for 42 years. Today, I have conquered this disease.

My doctor, Jack Goldstein, M.D., led me from painful despair to health. He has always said, "Arthritis is the easiest disease to cure." While it may not seem easy for anyone currently suffering, I have been able to cure mine quite easily, once I knew the right information, of course.

During the 42 years I suffered from Arthritis, I spent thousands of dollars trying everything and was at the edge of despair.

How I Helped My Arthritis

There are four elements to getting rid of this disease.

1. Using a natural treatment without the side effects of drugs and steroids
2. Food & Diet
3. Exercise.
4. Mental attitude.

My Arthritis Story

Before I was introduced to Dr. Goldstein who has taught me much of what I now know, I was sent to over 13 specialists. The Arthritis Foundation recommended all these.

They put me on drugs, steroids, gold treatment, braces, and traction; everything under the sun, then told to go home and live with it.

My face bloated. The pain pills made me groggy. I was a mess. The side effects from the drugs and steroids were terrible and while yes my pain was reduced, they did nothing to actually fight the disease or slow its progression. I began searching for an alternative that had no side effects that would actually be effective.

On this page, I will look at step one.

Step 1: Using a natural treatment without the side effects of drugs and steroids

Beware of Dangerous Side Effects

When the 13 doctors were "treating" me they pushed these drugs on me. On day I read the sheet from the drug store that gave the side effects of these drugs and have NEVER taken them again. And neither should you.

Some people have more trouble than others getting rid of arthritis. If diet, exercise, and attitude are not fully successful, and you don't want to risk the side effects of NSAIDS, Cox-II Inhibitors, and steroids, I have found an effective with no side effects that treats both the pain and the disease.

There has been much study recently about glucosamine and chondroitin and their help in fighting Osteoarthritis. I first became aware of these a few years ago, and at first decided not to give them a try as the results I was hearing were mixed. However, as soon as I learned that they had no side effects, I wanted to learn more.

Why Very Few Glucosamine Products Are As Effective As They Could Be

Recently, however, I have learned why many of these glucosamine products out there simply are not fully effective. One reasons is that many of these products do not use high quality glucosamine and chondroitin. They use medium quality so they make more profits and you receive less then stellar results. You should always look for pharmaceutical quality, the highest quality available.

A second reason most products are not as effective as they could be is that most glucosamine and chondroitin comes in pill form. In pill form, the absorption is not very good. Also, many pills contain a lot of useless filler that does little to fight Arthritis. In liquid form, however, the glucosamine and chondroitin is absorbed much better, stays in the system longer, and ends pain faster.

Thirdly, while glucosamine and chondroitin are very helpful in beating Arthritis, for most, they are not a full cure. I have done some research on other ingredients that also assist in fighting arthritis, reducing inflammation, protecting cartilage, and ending joint pain. Often working in synergy with glucosamine and chondroitin, these "glucosamine-driving" ingredients are Boswellin, Yucca Powder, Manganese Ascorbate, Shark Cartilage, Bromelaine, Omega 3 and 6 Fatty Acids, Vitamins A,C, and E.

What I Recommend

I now know of a product Syn-flex® that contains all these ingredients and contains pharmaceutical quality liquid glucosamine and chondroitin. I have talked to the owner. He feels confident that Syn-flex® is superior to any Osteoarthritis product on the market.

Although I do not have arthritis anymore I do have spinal problems from an accident and after finding out that the owner of the company cured his spinal problems with Syn-Flex® I am going to give it a try.
